I use Delivery Confirmation with every item that is purchased. If I do not (which is unlikely unless I am shipping to Canada) I will have a reciept for proof of shipment.

I only ship to Canada & the USA.

If your package does not arrive I am NOT responsible for lost packages or damage. As when I send the package out, it is out of my hands.

I ship items out every Tuesday of every week, sometimes more. I will let you know ahead of time if there is a delay in sending.

I will only issue a refund after 7 days of recieving the product from me. In which, you must send back the product you bought from me in the condition I sent it to you in, then will I issue you a refund. I describe things accurately and will most definately check anything I send out to make sure it's working properly. I do not issue a refund on damages cause by the post office, as sad as it is to say, I just don't have the money to do it and I wouldn't expect someone I'm buying from to do the same.
